definitely one of my favorites of all time. i love zoning out to purity ring's hypnotic instrumentals, angelic vocals, and dissonant lyrics -- belispeak is one of the most unique songs i've ever heard. crawlersout is so rich and lively. every single song drives me insane in a different way.

i so so so dig purity ring's incredibly unique tapestry sound, the perfect union of nature poetry and electronica. the only reason that purity ring isn't my favorite band overall is because the quality of their music seemed to go down immensely after the first album. despite this, shrines is forever in my heart (and my most listened list).
